I am honored to be invited by the Venture Capital Society of the University of Melbourne to share with you the legal knowledge on private equity fund income sharing and future prospects. In this lecture, we will deeply explore the concept of carried interest (Carried Interests), introduce a brief history of private equity funds, look forward to the future of private equity funds, and sort out the challenges that may be faced.
