At the workshop, Liu will use Apple, Google and Chinese company Xiaomi and Haidilao as case studies to touch on a topic of shareholding structure, share her experience on establishing a proper structure for successful financing and exits, as well as correcting inappropriate shareholding structures to help companies weather risks and crises.
